Complexity of Simplicity

UX Designer

Designing a visually appealing interface is just the beginning—understanding how users will actually interact with it is where the real challenge lies. Empathy is key: it allows me to step into someone else's shoes, uncover their goals, and address their pain points.

Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from individual clients to large corporations, learning to approach each challenge from multiple perspectives and anticipate potential limitations before they arise.

I’m a firm believer in Agile and Double Diamond methodologies, but I also know that no two businesses are the same—so I adapt my approach to fit each project’s unique needs.

Front-End Developer

The more deeply we understand the medium we’re working with, the smoother and more effective our work becomes. Frontend skills like HTML and CSS have been invaluable in my UX design career, allowing me to bridge the gap between design and development. Knowing not just what today’s web can do—but also its limitations—makes collaboration with development teams far more productive.

After all, how can you design something well if you don’t understand the fundamentals of how it works?

Data Analyst

Data analysis and research are two inseparable skills for any UX specialist. Knowing how to categorize and analyze quantitative data allows me to create data-driven designs, avoiding decisions based solely on intuition or standard best practices.

Visuals are powerful, but when you back them up with data-driven insights, your presentations to stakeholders become far more compelling—getting everyone on board faster and with greater clarity.

SEO Enthusiast

Working with both experienced and new marketers, I’ve noticed a common misconception about SEO: it’s not just about keywords and link-building strategies. Today’s sophisticated algorithms also consider user behavior. Metrics like organic CTR, pages per session, bounce rate, and dwell time show Google whether visitors enjoy navigating a site—and whether they’re likely to return.

At its core, UX is about making users happy—and in many ways, so is SEO.
